QRSurge's “unlimited” scans and codes are built for everyday marketing campaigns. We keep pricing simple and limits generous so you can focus on creating—not counting. If your usage starts putting real pressure on our servers, we'll reach out and work out a custom plan—no surprise shutdowns.

Examples of extensive usage

These are the patterns that may trigger an email from us:

• Consistently logging more than 25,000 dynamic QR scans per month
• Consistently generating more than 500 new QR codes per month
• Consistently storing more than 100 MB of files on a Free plan
• Sharing your QRSurge credentials with other users — accounts are meant for a single user, upgrade to a paid plan to collaborate with team members or clients.

What do we mean by “consistently”?

If you run above a limit for three-to-four months in a row, that tells us your needs are bigger than our standard plans were designed for. One-off spikes (product launch, conference, TV spot) are totally fine.

Custom plan

If your usage exceeds this Fair Use Policy, we'll email you a tailor-made plan based on your recent 30-day averages and bill it quarterly on top of your existing subscription. If you'd rather not upgrade, we'll give you plenty of time to export your data and move elsewhere before we apply any throttling.
