Team workspace

Team workspace features let multiple people collaborate inside the same QRSurge organization. Use them to manage QR codes together and control access through organization membership.

Work together in one organization

Team members can collaborate inside the same QRSurge organization instead of sharing one login. Each person signs in with their own account, and their role determines what they can view or change.

Use a team workspace when more than one person helps create, manage, or review QR campaigns. It works well for agencies, marketing teams, and multi-location businesses.

Manage members and invitations

Open Organization settings, then go to Members. The Team section shows current members. The Invitations section shows invitations that are pending, accepted, or revoked.

Invite teammates by email address and choose a role before sending the invitation. Pending invitations can be resent, edited, or revoked from the Invitations section.

Choose roles for each teammate

  • Admin - An organization administrator who can manage settings, billing, and team access where their permissions allow it.
  • Editor - A teammate who can help create and manage QR codes without full organization ownership.
  • Viewer - A teammate who can review organization content with no editing access.
