QR code management
QR code management is the dashboard area for working with QR codes after they are created. Use it to find, organize, and update your QR codes.
Find QR codes on the Manage page
Open the dashboard and go to Manage. Use the table controls to find the QR codes you need:
- Search - Find a QR code by name.
- Folders - Focus on a campaign, client, or other group.
- Filters - Narrow the table by status, QR type, and saved state.
- Sorting - Change the order of the table to scan a busy dashboard more quickly.
Organize QR codes with folders, names, notes, and favorites
Use folders and names for campaign organization before the dashboard gets crowded. A consistent naming pattern can include the campaign name, placement, and destination type.
Favorites are personal shortcuts for QR codes you open often. Notes help capture metadata about your campaign such as print runs, client context, or reminders for future updates.
Manage dynamic and static QR codes
Management tools apply to QR codes in an organization. Dynamic QR codes include redirect and analytics behavior. Static QR codes are useful for organization and re-downloads, but their encoded content cannot be edited after printing.
For destination changes, edit the QR code after printing when the QR type supports updates. For scan performance, open analytics on dynamic QR codes with scan data.
Archive or delete QR codes
Archive QR codes when they should be removed from active views but may still be needed later.
Delete only when you are sure the QR code should be permanently removed. For multi-code cleanup, select rows and use bulk actions where available.
