Troubleshooting
Scanning and quality
- QR code won't scan: check the artwork, placement, and phone camera.
- QR code looks blurry or low quality: fix scaling, compression, and print issues.
Destination problems
- QR code opens the wrong link: inspect the saved destination and routing settings.
- Dynamic QR code stopped working: check the redirect path, destination page, and campaign controls.
- Google Form or Google Doc asks for permission: sharing settings, restricted files, and visitor-view testing.
- App QR code opens the wrong store: check app links and device routing.
Analytics and location
